Burn & Shake
Our Barre and Barre Fly classes will take you to your edge. Barre classes are a full body workout. We focus on one body part at a time and work it to fatigue, cue the shaking. We target areas of the body that are notorious "trouble zones" for women. Triceps, Inner and out thighs, glutes and core. Expect to be at the barre, on your mat using weights or bands and if your in a Fly class- in the air.
