Join owner and founder of Barre Fly, Amanda Fulmer, for our barre teacher training January 14th-16th at our Cleveland studio location.
You will learn
-Anatomy. What to look for and speak to during a class. What part of the body is working and how to move and engage properly to prevent injury and to feel better in your body.
- The fundamentals of barre and why this method of exercise is different from others and why you should make it part of your overall wellness routine.
- Position breakdowns. Alignment and exploring a deeper understanding of positions and variations you can take in them to work slightly differently.
-Props. All the different ways to use certain props. We focus on the ball, bands, hand weights, yoga block, and the barre.
-Sequencing. How to put the positions together in a way that makes sense, feels good, and flows. This is the key to a great class!
-You will also get access to our online training, a hard copy manual, 5 classes on us to come to class before training to prepare and be familiar with terms and techniques we will use throughout training. So sign up with enough time to get to use your 5 classes!

This is the online version of our in person training that we hold in studio once a year. We get asked all year long when our next training will be, but inevitably students have conflicts that fall on that date or don't feel "ready."
So we made this! Take it whenever you feel ready and then go back and look at this content whenever you like. Broken into 3 distinct sections.
Function. This first section goes over anatomy, kinseology and the method behind why we do barre and the results you will get.
Form. The section breaks down all the positions at the barre and on the mat. Form is very important and we take it seriously.
Fun. What it is all about! Our creativity section. A how to put it all together guide from playlists, sequencing, and even marketing yourself as a teacher.
