Do you have a desire to share your passion of health and fitness with the world? Are you outgoing and love working with and meeting new people? Are you in need of a fun part time job? Join our Barre Fly staff!

Barre Fly is a fitness class unlike any other. It is a complete body workout that is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. You do not have to have an ballet training to take a barre class and it is not a dance class. Barre Fly takes the typical barre class up a level, literally. Expect to work your muscles to failure as we work through arms, thighs, hips, glutes and abs. Our technique and sequencing ensures long lean muscles with no bulk.  We can talk about isometric movements and muscle confusion and how awesome you feel after completing a class but we really want you to come experience it for yourself! We hope to see you soon for a class and are always available to answer any questions about training, hiring and the studio in general. 

We are always seeking talented instructors at the studios but know we cannot hire everyone who goes through our course. However, you can take this class anywhere even if they do not have hammocks or ballet barres. We offer modifications and suggestions on how to take this class to any studio or gym space and have success with it. We pride ourselves on being able to share an experience with our students that goes beyond shaping their bodies. We want every single person who comes to one of our classes to feel empowered and supported. 

We have changed up our training schedule to help our trainees absorb the material over a longer period of time as opposed to cramming it all in in one weekend. You will learn how to teach a Barre Fly class consisting of a warm up, arm section, lower body section(s) and aerial core work. By the end of training you will feel confident teaching a invigorating workout class that is unlike any other around. 

When:  Tuesday Sept. 4th and Sept 11th- 5:30-8:30pm

            Thursday Sept 6th- 5:30-8:30pm

            Saturday Sept. 15th, 2018- 12:00-5:00pm

Where: Canton, Ohio

Cost: $600. This includes the training weekend, manual, and 1 test class date where you will receive coaching from trainers. When submitting your application you will pay a $100 deposit via the paypal button below. This goes towards your total cost for training. 

If other test classes are needed to pass a fee of $50 per class is charged. 

Requirements: Please fill out the application form below. To be eligible for this training you must have taken a minimum of 10 BarreFly classes before the first day of training. Although not all of our classes use the aerial hammocks, you must take classes that include the hammock so you are familiar enough to absorb what you will be learning. (If you are coming from out of town compromise of another barre, aerial yoga, or TRX classes can be substituted.) Each participant is required to teach a test class at the studio before graduating from the program. 

Who:  BF Training is taught by either owner and creator of Barre Fly, Amanda Fulmer, or Lead Trainer Michaela Kelley.  Amanda was a professional dancer with a comprehensive dance training background, holds certifications in aerial yoga, booty barre, and is a 500 RYT Yoga Instructor. She is a natural born leader and has been teaching others, in some form, since 2004.  Michaela has been with Barre Fly since it's birth and excels at teaching in all forms.
