Class Descriptions


The 101 version of our BARREFLY class. Ample time is spent making sure you are in the right position and feel safe and comfortable. We will break down a typical class and go slow. Feel free to ask questions and leave this class with the confidence  that you will know what to expect in a regular class -or- if you like the slower pace stay in this class and enjoy!


Our signature barre fusion class incorporates yoga, pilates, anti-gravity core and classic barre isometric movements to change your body into a lean, strong powerful version of itself. Expect to go out of your comfort zone, and to a whole new level of fitness. Think full body rocking barre class, with anti-gravity core section at end.


Our aerial hammocks are not great for those with wrist, elbow or shoulder injuries- so enjoy an invigorating barre class with all the burn you crave. All the barrefly goodness, without the aerial core. Enjoy classic core strengthening movements rooted in pilates and yoga. 

Aerial yoga

Aerial Yoga is a yoga class using our aerial hammocks to take you deeper into postures, upside down with no compression on your spine and a long relaxation laying fully in the hammock. This class is for all levels and we will even offer special kids and mommy and baby classes with the hammocks.

Yoga Sculpt

A yoga and pilates  fusion class that includes weights for those who love to be on the mat. No barre, no aerial hammocks.  The addition of the weights of course adds more challenge but also can assist in deepening the stretch you feel from traditional yoga poses. This class will teach you how to breath as you get your blood flowing for the ultimate lengthening and toning experience.

Do you love fitness, barre, pilates, or TRX? Are you outgoing and love meeting new people? Become a BarreFly Instructor and share what you love with others! We are looking for you to add to our winning team in Cleveland! Wether you just want to take your in class performance to the next level or you are ready to commit to teaching your very own classes each week- this training will have you burning, shaking and understanding the method behind our sequencing and techniques like never before! 

When:   Saturday June 11th and Sunday June 12th

              8:30am-6:00pm both days

Where: Training will be held at our brand new Cleveland location. 1100 Prospect Ave right downtown Cleveland. 

What to Expect: You will walk away from this training with an in depth knowledge of barre positions and a full class sequence including our aerial core sequence! You will learn options to switch up your sequence and keep it fresh for your classes.  Expect to work hard, have fun and take in a lot of information. You will receive a manual at training but please bring a blank note book  to take notes. Bring healthy snacks and plenty of water. 

Investment: Full training price $550

                     Discount if paid in full before 5/26/16 $500 

                     If you are already certified in barre, yoga, or any other form of fitness and can provide proof of your training we will take 25% off of our training price with a commitment from you to teach or sub classes at our Cleveland. 

Certification: To complete your certification you will need to teach a "test" class. You can do this either by submitting a video to us or scheduling a date to teach us in person. If you submit via video we have a 3-4 week turn around time for you to hear back from us. The first time submitting is included in your training price but if you need to submit again it is $25 per submission after that. 

To get your certification on the spot you can schedule a time with one of your trainers to "test" with them. If you pass you will receive your certificate that day! If you don't the trainer will work with you on areas that need improvement and give you helpful tips for your retest. Testing/coaching in person is $50.
